HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say an Orbisonia man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a teenage relative and reportedly forced her to touch his genitals.
Troopers say the 15-year-old victim disclosed that she was staying at a relative's house, in December, where Cole Bucher, now age 24, resided.
