Jehovah's Witnesses say they enjoy holding convention in Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN - The annual Jehovah's Witnesses convention draws thousands of visitors to the Cambria County War Memorial Arena each year. "All the hotels in Johnstown are all sold out, thanks to the Jehovah's Witnesses convention," said Melissa Radovanic, director at Crown American Hotels. Punxsutawney Borough declares COVID-19 disaster emergency

Punxsutawney, PA — Officials in Punxsutawney declared a disaster emergency to precaution residents of COVID-19. According to Robert Santik, Punxsutawney Borough manager, the borough building is closed off to the public but all operations are running as normal. Texas woman shoots, kills home intruder, police say

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A homeowner shot and killed a man who broke into her house, according to Amarillo, Texas police. Around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a residential burglary on N. Adams St. When officers arrived, they found the body of 53-year-old Cedric Milligan. The woman who shot him said Milligan broke into her home.
