Penn State hosts powwow; teaches Native American culture, spirituality

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WJAC) — Penn State University sponsored a traditional Native American powwow Saturday and Sunday. People from a number of tribes and nations gathered at a State College middle school to celebrate Native American culture and spirituality. It's an old tradition, but for many people in State College, this was their first experience with a powwow. Steelers re-sign long snapper, Pittsburgh native Christian Kuntz to 3-year deal

PITTSBURGH (WJAC) — Pittsburgh native and veteran long-snapper Christian Kuntz will remain a member of the Steelers, the team announced Thursday. The Steelers agreed to a new 3-year contract with Kuntz, allowing the Bridgeville native to stay with his hometown team. Biden admin 'terrified' over migrant flight program backlash, GOP senator says

Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., on Thursday told The National Desk a new revelation on Capitol Hill has the Biden administration “terrified.” The House Committee on Homeland Security announced Tuesday it obtained documents which prove Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials had flown over 400,000 illegal migrants into the U.S. since Jan. 2023. Such information, Sen. Schmitt explained, could prove damning for the Biden administration.
