The Johnstown area commemorated a park this weekend in honor of a paramedic who died while on duty.
Janice Keen-Livingston was killed in 2015 while helping those involved in an accident on an icy morning on Menoher Boulevard in Upper Yoder Township.
Plans for the park have been in the works since October 2015 for the Janice Keen-Livingston Memorial Park at the corner of Chandler Avenue and Garfield Street in the West End section of Johnstown, but have only now come to fruition. Read More...
Warren County, PA — A judge in Pennsylvania decided kidnapping suspect Michael Burham will face charges for both that crime and for escaping from jail.
It all started in May, when he allegedly kidnapped a couple in their home and forced them to ride with him to Charleston, South Carolina.
Police say he was on the run from murder charges in a nearby New York community.
