CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — This Sunday, the annual Penn State THON 5K race will return to Penn State’s campus, after the COVID pandemic prevented the run from happening in person last year.
6 News spoke with THON 2022’s media relations lead Friday afternoon.
Last year the race was virtual.
This weekend, it’ll be back in Happy Valley without the need for screens.

Nearly ten years after he was convicted on multiple child abuse charges, Jerry Sandusky's appeal process is still alive in the courts.
He has another hearing in the state superior court set for Oct. 14.
Sandusky's legal team claims they have new evidence of illegal collusion in the attorney general's office investigation and grand jury that led to Sandusky being charged in 2011.

HARRISBURG Pa (WJAC) — The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission announced on Sunday that fishing licenses for the 2020 season are now on sale.
While most people wait until just before the beginning of the season, there are some advantages to purchasing a license early.
