CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County man was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence Friday morning in connection to a crash that killed a woman in July.
Gregory Millinder Jr., 32, of Madera, also was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, involuntary manslaughter, endangering welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, reckless driving and off-road lighting. DUBOIS - The DuBois Area School District is looking into a reconfiguration plan for the middle school.
Officials are considering moving fifth-graders to the middle school, which currently houses grades six through eight.
According to the reconfiguration proposal on the district’s website, the plan is being considered because the middle school is not as full as it should be.
The state’s recommended percentage of building utilization is 85 percent.
