West Hills officer's fatal overdose linked to tampered evidence locker, reveals Cambria County DA

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa — The death of a West Hills Regional Police Officer was due to an overdose of drugs taken from the department’s evidence locker, according to Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer. Sgt. Michael Beblar. 40, died on June 13th. Explosion in New Castle injures man, damages 30 homes; ATF investigating

UPDATE | New Castle, PA (WPXI) — Authorities say at least one person was injured during a home explosion in Pennsylvania Tuesday morning. According to authorities, around 10:30 a.m., a contractor was working to demolish the home along Pollock Avenue, in New Castle, when something was either hit from underneath or inside of the garage, causing a massive explosion.
